College Park West
Welcome to the the College Park area of Saskatoon.
College Park is a middle income family neighborhood located in east central Saskatoon. The area shares its eastern border, McKercher Drive, with College Park East. Its northern border is College Drive which separates it from Sutherland and the Sutherland Industrial area. The northern border is 8th Street which the area shares with neighbouring Wildwood. The western boundary of College Park is shared with Greystone Heights.
The majority of this neighbourhood’s residential development occurred over two decades, between 1960 and 1980. Approximately one half of the area’s 2,020 households are single-family detached houses. Additionally, there is a good selection of low-rise apartments, some semi-detached homes and a small number of town homes.
The area’s close proximity to the University of Saskatchewan Campus makes it a popular home to students and university faculty.
Plenty of shopping opportunities exist within minutes of the area including the Circle at Centre and 8th. Downtown Saskatoon is easily accessible via College Drive and the 25th Street Bridge.
College Park has just twenty acres of public park space, but its close connection to College Park East provides a natural extension and connection to an additional forty acres. Area residents have access to baseball, soccer and tennis facilities, a paddling pool, outdoor rinks, numerous playgrounds, a wonderful toboggan hill and plenty of walking paths.

I have been in this community for almost 4 years and we love it. We have four children and the area is wonderful for raising kids. The elementary schools have wonderful faculty as well as the high school. The parks are beautiful in the summer and always full of kids playing. We love it here.
Mature trees, many parks, good schools. I used to live there and really liked it.
