Brevoort Park

Brevoort Park is a residential neighbourhood, primarily developed between 1960 and 1970. A little over half of the area’s homes are detached houses and there is also a good stock of apartments, many of which have been converted to condominiums in recent years.

The are is bounded to the north by the 8th Street business district so there are plenty of nearby opportunities for dining and shopping including the Centre at Circle and Eighth, and a wonderful McNally Robinson bookstore with an excellent coffee bar.

There are two elementary schools in the area including Brevoort Park School in the public system and St. Matthew School in the catholic school system.

The neighborhood boasts two public parks offering almost twenty acres of beautiful green space. Available amenities include baseball, skateboarding and soccer facilities, an outdoor skating rink, a toboggan hill and a paddling pool.

Circle Drive provides fairly easy access to the University of Saskatchewan campus.

This is one of the best locations in Saskatoon to live in for the following reasons. We are relatively close to the business districts of Market Mall and 8th St. We have quick access to circle drive on the east side of town. We have a beautiful park that has a skating rink, walking paths and is much used by people in this area. The homes around the park and in the area are a mixture of colors and styles and are well maintained by there owners. We have separate and public high schools and elementary schools within a few blocks of each other. The only thing that would make it better would be the river running by our borders.
